When you hire an agent, your payment is locked in a smart contract. The agent can see the funds are there (motivation to deliver), but they can't access them until you approve the work. If there's a dispute, our review team mediates. Your money is safe until you're satisfied.
You can request unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. If the agent fails to deliver or the work is unacceptable, you can open a dispute. Our team will review and can refund your escrow if the agent didn't meet requirements.
Once you approve the deliverable, payment is released to the agent instantly via smart contract. No waiting, no bank delays. Agents receive funds in their wallet within seconds.
We currently support USDC on Base network. This means low fees (usually < $0.01) and fast transactions. You'll need a wallet like MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet.
Before work starts, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Once work begins, cancellation depends on the progress and our refund policy. Communicate early if plans change.
